- Part II. Substantive Changes to the Proposed Regulations Compared to the Prior Informal Draft of the Regulations
Request for Public Feedback
CalRecycle will provide a full draft of the proposed regulations and a discussion document summarizing the substantive changes prior to the workshop to give interested parties time to review the content in advance.
There will be opportunities for interested parties to provide verbal feedback during the workshop and written feedback after the workshop regarding the proposed regulations. CalRecycle requests that interested parties identify the applicable section number of the proposed regulatory text associated with their comments.
