Review of Circular CRV Association’s 2nd Quarter 2026 Quarterly Report

This item presents staff’s analysis of Circular CRV Association’s Quarterly Report for the second quarter of 2026 (April 1 through June 30, 2026).

 

Title 14 California Code of Regulations section 2381(a) requires dealer cooperatives to submit quarterly reports to CalRecycle no later than the 10th day after the quarterly reporting period ends describing stewardship program activities.

 

CalRecycle determined that Circular CRV Association’s Quarterly Report (April - June 2026) submitted on July 6, 2026, was incomplete and notified Circular CRV Association on August 3, 2026. 

 

Circular CRV Association submitted a revised quarterly report to CalRecycle on August 4, 2026.
