Public Notice: Notice of SB 1013 Addition of New Beverage Containers Permanent Regulations Final OAL Approval

On July 9, 2026, the Office of Administrative Law (OAL) approved permanent regulations to incorporate new beverages and beverage containers into the regulatory framework of the Beverage Container Recycling Program (BCRP). The effective date of these regulations is July 9, 2026.
