MED-Project was required to submit a revised annual report for its covered drugs stewardship program within 60 days of June 29, 2026 (by August 28, 2026), that addressed the deficiencies identified in the Request for Action titled, Review of MED-Project's 2025 Annual Report for Covered Drugs.

CalRecycle has 90 days from the date of receipt of a complete annual report to review the document and adopt a finding of approval, conditional approval, or disapproval.
