Summary

The Department of Resources Recycling and Recovery (CalRecycle) will be holding a public workshop on September 29, 2026, from 10:00 am to 12:00 pm (PT).

This workshop will focus on presenting the proposed scope and design for the upcoming Material Recovery Facility-based study update required by the Truth in Labeling Act, as well as provide an opportunity for public engagement and comment to be considered in the finalization of the study design.
