This item presents staff’s analysis of Circular CRV Association’s Quarterly Report for the third quarter of 2026 (July 1 through September 30, 2026).

Title 14 California Code of Regulations section 2381(a) requires dealer cooperatives to submit quarterly reports to CalRecycle no later than the 10th day after the quarterly reporting period ends describing stewardship program activities.

Circular CRV Association submitted a Quarterly Report (July - September 2026) to CalRecycle on October 7, 2026. CalRecycle has 30 days to determine if the report is complete or incomplete (by November 6, 2026).
