Public Notice: Notice of SB 1113 Pilot Projects Program Emergency Regulations Final OAL Approval

On September 24, 2026, the Office of Administrative Law (OAL) approved the readoption of emergency regulations to extend the regulations implementing Public Resources Code section 14571.9. The emergency regulations will amend the California Code of Regulations (CCR), commencing with section 2750, Article 1, Subchapter 9.5, Chapter 5, Division 2 of Title 14. The effective date of these regulations is September 24, 2026.
