Preliminary review of the permit package indicates the following permit and operational/design: Relocate the facility to a new area within the same parcel; Increase the permitted boundary from 14 acres to 16 acres; Increase the daily volume from 200 tons per day (TPD) to 500 TPD; Incorporate a chip & grind operation (200 TPD) into the compost facility permit; Include food waste and liquid waste as feedstocks; and Update the permit format and LEA findings.
