Preliminary review of the permit package indicates the following operational and design changes: an increase from 149 tons per day to 385 tons per day direct transfer of recyclables, compostable material, and MSW, allow for an increase from 38 vehicles per day to 104 vehicles per day. The site currently operates under a Registration permit. In order to direct transfer 385 tons per day a full Solid Waste Facilities Permit is required.
