Preliminary review of the permit package indicates the following proposed changes:
- Increase the total permitted area from 145.06 acres to 147.55 acres and decrease the disposal footprint from 71.51 acres to 70.62 acres;
- Adds permitted facility acreage to accommodate the gas monitoring requirements and corrects actual disposal acreage after accounting for waste disposed beyond the previously permitted boundary and a reduction in planned disposal area;
- Removal of permit conditions that are obsolete or duplicative of existing regulations and/or the monitoring program;
- Update the Report of Information;
- Change the monitoring reporting period.
