CalRecycle Division of Recycling (Division) will host the fifth in a series of public workshops to review and discuss Public Resources Code Section 14596(a) pertaining to person’s importing beverage container materials into California.  At the workshop, the Division intends to present draft proposed regulations to implement the reporting and inspection provisions found in this section.  The Division will be seeking informal feedback from all interested parties.
