Preliminary review of the permit package indicates the following: Increase the permitted disposal tonnage from 500 to 1,000 tons per day (tpd); Increase permitted acreage from 57 acres to 90.36 acres; Increase disposal footprint from 44 acres to 58 acres; Increase maximum elevation from 855 mean sea level (MSL) to 920 feet MSL; Increase design capacity from 4,625,827 cubic yards to 9,354,000 cubic yards; Change in estimated closure dated from 2024 to 2025 at 850 tpd or 2032 at 500 tpd.
