Preliminary review of the permit package indicates the following operational and design changes:  Increase the maximum permitted daily vehicle from 500 vpd seven day average with a 650 peak to 620 average with no vpd peak; and incorporate other operational changes.   There will be no change to the permitted acreage or tonnage.
