Preliminary review of the permit package indicates the following operational and design changes: correct the total square feet (ft²) of the transfer building from 48,605 ft² to 53,285 ft² based on the operator’s review of the original as-built technical drawings and measurements taken of the building; as a result, the design capacity was recalculated for the amount of municipal solid waste storage on the tipping floor from 3,402 tons per day (tpd) to 5,249 tpd. There will be no increase in the permitted tonnage received at the facility.
