Second edition of five-year plan the CIWMB is required to adopt establishing goals and priorities for its waste tire recycling management program. The plan includes programmatic and fiscal issues as well as performance objectives and measurement criteria for the tire program. The plan is to be revised and resubmitted to the State Legislature every two years.
