This report was prepared for the California Integrated Waste Management Board as part of a $300,000 contract to provide information to recent immigrants attending English as a Second Language classes about proper handling and recycling of used motor oil and used motor oil filters as the students maintain their vehicles with Do-It-Yourself oil changes.
