Staff at the Department of Resources Recycling and Recovery (CalRecycle) prepared this sixth edition of a Report to the Legislature. It presents an updated Five-Year Plan that establishes goals and priorities for CalRecycle's waste tire recycling management program. The plan includes programmatic and fiscal issues, as well as performance objectives and measurement criteria for the tire program. Document was last updated in February 2012.
