Staff at the Department of Resources Recycling and Recovery (CalRecycle) prepared this seventh edition of a Report to the Legislature. It presents an updated Five-Year Plan that establishes goals and priorities for CalRecycle's waste tire recycling management program. The plan includes programmatic and fiscal issues, as well as performance objectives and measurement criteria for the tire program. A draft version of this report was published in April 2013. This document was last updated in December 2013.
