    4Q 2019 EA inspection

    Weather at the time of inspection: ~61°F, mostly sunny, calm

    No violations or areas of concern noted during this inspection.

    Stopped at the main office prior to inspection and checked in with Eric Zillig. Double checked that they have all the appropriate forms to submit to CalRecycle permitting staff for the facility name change from Winsor Woodyard to Sticks and Stones.

    On the day of the inspection, no activity was observed at the site. All feedstock piles appeared free of contaminants.

    The facility operation appeared consistent with the applicable State Minimum Standards during the period of the inspection.
