This is an RFP, Secondary for Rural Infrastructure for a Zero Waste Plan, DRR24010. CalRecycle seeks a Contractor to create a Zero Waste Plan specifically for California's rural counties and the disadvantaged communities within those counties. The Contractor will examine local government resources and current waste management practices, and engage with the communities to develop a better understanding of the needs specific to their local economies, geography, and demographics.
