Packaging EPR Contact Request

Packaging Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR) Contact: These individuals may include local jurisdiction employees, joint powers of authority (JPA) staff, and also other external partners of the jurisdiction. These individuals may receive correspondence regarding requirements of California’s Plastic Pollution Prevention and Packaging Producer Responsibility Act. Each local jurisdiction or regional agency (RA) can submit two contacts as a Packaging EPR Contact who will be required to create an account in PEPRS.

RA members may jointly select a Packaging EPR Contact by selecting the Regional Agency and selecting all included local jurisdictions.

Forms need to be completed and submitted to CalRecycle per local jurisdiction or RA. All fields must be completed and required.
