Consideration of Proposed California Carpet Stewardship Program Goals

CalRecycle shall review and may adjust the carpet stewardship program goals and recycling rate no sooner than January 1, 2020, and no less frequently than every three years thereafter, pursuant to Public Resources Code section 42972.2(b). CalRecycle held a Public Workshop on draft goal concepts under consideration on December 16, 2021, and solicited written comments through January 7, 2022. This item presents proposed carpet stewardship program goals.
