This item presents staff’s analysis of The Drug Takeback Solutions Foundation’s (Foundation) proposed changes to its stewardship plan for covered drugs, submitted April 25, 2025, regarding its reasonable geographic spread of authorized collection sites.  

 

Public Resources Code section 42032(e) and Title 14 of the California Code of Regulations section 18973.1(i) require a program operator to submit any significant changes to a stewardship plan in writing to CalRecycle for approval prior to implementation.
