RDRS: Reporting Entity Search for Filing a Complaint

Governor Brown signed AB 901 (Gordon, Chapter 746, Statutes of 2015) into law, changing how California tracks the flow of organic waste, recyclables, and solid waste. The law requires certain businesses, facilities, and operations to report directly to CalRecycle on the materials that they sell, transfer, or dispose on a quarterly basis via the Recycling and Disposal Reporting System (RDRS)This portal is designed to file complaints regarding violations and non-compliance with the Recycling and Disposal Reporting System (RDRS) regulations such as inaccurate reporting between RDRS entities, errors found in RDRS Public Reports, and the like. Staff monitoring submissions are not able to assist with complaints outside of the scope of the RDRS regulations.
