Public Report 4 summarizes by quarter, for each landfill within California, the tons of green and non-green material reused beneficially for alternative daily cover (ADC), alternative intermediate cover (AIC), construction, and landscaping and erosion control. ADC and AIC beneficial reuse materials are grouped into one of 10 material types. The construction and landscaping and erosion control categories may have a variety of material types since material type is not restricted to the 10 types required by law for ADC and AIC. The data within this report reflect the most current information contained within RDRS.

Reporting period 2019 quarter 1 and quarter 2 aren't required reporting years in the Recycling and Disposal Reporting System (RDRS). Reporting in RDRS began in 2019 quarter 3. Please see the (California Solid Waste Statistics) web page to view data for 2019 quarter 1 and quarter 2 which was reported in the eDRS reporting system.
