Recycling and Disposal Reporting: Reports List

The public reports listed below summarize information from the Recycling and Disposal Reporting System (RDRS). Data within the reports are subject to change and reflect the information that reporting entities provide within RDRS.

Statutes and regulations require reporting entities to report accurately. For specific allegations of non-compliance by a reporting entity, use the Complaints tool to identify the reporting entity and the facts upon which the allegation is based so CalRecycle may investigate appropriately. If you represent a local government, then note that local governments may review some reporting entity records pursuant to Public Resources Code, section 41821.5(g). CalRecycle encourages local governments to work with reporting entities to identify and fix potential tonnage misallocations prior to submitting a complaint to CalRecycle.

If you believe that you have identified a technical error in the public reports, rather than inaccurate reporting, please contact CalRecycle at RDRS@CalRecycle.ca.gov.
