Public Report 10 provides information about RDRS entities’ quarterly report statuses. For example, Public Report 10 shows whether an entity is required to report for a quarter (if Registration status is “Active” and Reporting status is “Required” for that quarter). For such quarters, Public Report 10 indicates whether an entity has or has not submitted a quarterly report. Public Report 10 also lists whether a quarterly report was submitted with a reporting exemption, among other information. This report reflects the most current information contained within RDRS.
