This Workshop is to allow the Financial Assurance Contract AB 2296 Consulting Group an opportunity to review the draft staff report. The draft staff report is based on the results of the Contracted study and includes recommendations proposed by staff regarding long-term postclosure maintenance and/or corrective action financial assurance requirements. The AB 2296 Consulting Group will be able to ask questions and provide comments.
