The Board has delegated authority to the Executive Director to take action on the types of items listed below (See notes section below). These items are listed because the Executive Director will be approving them, on or after the date noted above, unless information is provided that indicates that an item(s) is being contested, or involves a significant question or controversy. If you have relevant information for one or more of these items, please contact the Board’s Administrator at (916) 341-6550 at least three business days prior to the date noted above.

NOTES:
Under statute, (Public Resource Code (PRC), Division 30, Chapter 3) the California Integrated Waste Management Board is governed by a Board of Directors, which operates under the applicable statutes and laws of the state of California and all other applicable statues and laws. Pursuant to PRC Section 40430, the Board of Directors may delegate its authority to the Executive Director. The California Integrated Waste Management Board Governance Policies document identifies actions eligible for delegation to the Executive Director.
 
After the date of action shown above, this page will be updated to reflect the action taken by the Executive Director. The Executive Director may take the following actions:

APPROVED Action has been approved and the resolution signed.

PARTIALLY APPROVED A portion of the action has been approved and the remainder forwarded to the Board for their consideration. The resolution has been signed by the Executive Director and reflects those portions of the action that were approved and those that were forwarded to the Board.

FORWARDED The Executive Director has forwarded the entire action to the Board for consideration.

PULLED The action is not under consideration at this time.
