A report required by Assembly Bill 2770, Mathews, Chapter 740, Statutes of 2002 (AB 2770) for the California Integrated Waste Management Board (CIWMB) to include, as part of their annual report, a report on new and emerging conversion technologies, including but not limited to, non-combustion thermal technologies (including gasification and pyrolysis), chemical technologies (such as acid hydrolysis or distillation), and biological technologies; and their impacts on recycling and other diversion activities.
