A Department of Resources Recycling and Recovery (CalRecycle) manual published in December 2011 (and later revised in 2012, 2015, and 2023) that is designed to help program participants complete the various reporting forms required by the Public Resources Code, Division 12.1 (PRC) and Title 14 of the California Code of Regulations (14CCR). This publication was last updated in March 2024 and replaces earlier versions prepared in 2023, 2015, 2012, 2011, and 2006.
