This report summaries enforcement activity during 2010 covering several program areas managed or regulated by the Department of Resources Recycling and Recovery (CalRecycle). These include California's waste tire hauler/storage system; Local Enforcement Agency oversight of local solid waste handling and disposal; local government compliance with per capita disposal rate goals; industry compliance with recycled content requirements in newsprint and Rigid Plastic Packaging Containers; California’s beverage container recycling program; and California’s electronic waste recycling program.
