Report

This report was prepared in 2012 by California State University, Chico under contract from the Department of Resources Recycling and Recovery (CalRecycle). The study was conducted to identify properties and characteristics of various polyhydroxyalkanoate (PHA) bioplastic polymers and co-polymers during the blow molding bottle-manufacturing process. The report summarizes the parameters for optimal bottle production and evaluates the performance of each of the bottles that were tested.
