The objective of this research, conducted by the California Pavement Preservation Center under a contract from the Department of Resources Recycling and Recovery (CalRecycle), is to evaluate the energy savings and environmental benefits that may result from the use of warm mix additive technologies in conjunction with asphalt-rubber and terminal blend materials.
