Consistent with Public Resources Code (PRC) 14556 requirements and the Department of Resources Recycling and Recovery’s (CalRecycle’s) commitment to transparency and accountability to stakeholders, the Department presents the following Beverage Container Recycling Fund Semi-Annual Status Report. The Semi-Annual Report reviews the fund’s adequacy to make program payments once every six months.
