This document addresses the CIWMB Regulatory Standards for the Disposal of Solid Waste (contained in 27 CCR, Division 2, Subdivision 1) and changes in guidance resulting from changes in regulations. It replaces LEA Advisory #20 (1995 Guidance). There are several appendices that are not available with the downloadable version.
