Includes program cost estimates and a case study of San Francisco's Fantastic Three program. One of 24 studies showcasing successful recycling and waste reduction programs developed by local and regional government to achieve California's 50 percent waste diversion goals. The studies were developed with the support of the California Integrated Waste Management Board.
