Includes a listing and description of business assistance programs operated by the State of California, the City and County of San Francisco, the Santa Clara Manufacturing Group, the City of Los Angeles, and King County, Washington. One of 24 studies showcasing successful recycling and waste reduction programs developed by local and regional government to achieve California's 50 percent waste diversion goals. The studies were developed with the support of the California Integrated Waste Management Board.
