Description
Plastic Trash Bags means plastic bags sold for use as trash bags, for both residential and commercial use. This type includes garbage, kitchen, compactor, can-liner, composting, yard, lawn, leaf, and recycling bags. This type does not include other plastic bags, such as shopping bags, that might have been used to contain trash.
