Mixed Residue means material that cannot be put in any other type or category. This category includes mixed residue that cannot be further sorted. Examples include clumping kitty litter, cosmetics, partially filled containers of non-food consumer products, and residual material from a material recovery facility or other sorting process that cannot be put in any other material type, including remainder/composite types.
